Payments:
A 35% deposit must be made to confirm any booking. The total remaining balance must be fully credited in our account 61 days prior to the tour departure date.
Cancellations or rescheduling:
121 days or more prior to the tour departure date – a 20% cancellation fee out of the total amount of the tour
applies.
120 to 61 days prior to the tour departure date – a 35% cancellation fee out of the total amount of the Tour applies.
60 days prior to the tour departure date- a full cancellation fee out of the total amount of the tour applies
You have to cancel your booking by notifying the Tour Operator. Cancellation fees, if any, will be determined with reference to the date on which notice of cancellation is received by the Tour Operator and are expressed as a percentage of the total price paid for the cancelled Tour, product or service.
Charters or Groups
Payments:

Calendar of Payment
50% must be made 181 days prior to the tour departure date.
50% final deposit must be fully credited in our account 91 days prior to the tour departure date
Cancellations or rescheduling:
181 days or more prior to the tour departure date – a 20% cancellation fee out of the total amount of the tour
applies.
180 to 151 days prior to the tour departure date – a 50% cancellation fee out of the total amount of the tour
applies.
150 to 91 days prior to the tour departure date – a 70% cancellation fee out of the total amount of the tour applies
90 days prior to the tour departure date – a full cancellation fee out of the total amount of the tour applies.

Last name (as spelled on passport), given name (as spelled on passport) – a copy of passengers’ passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number and expiration date, marital Status, gender, wet suit and fins sizes IN C, address and phone number, bedding preferences (matrimonial or twin), Galapagos flight dates and route, international flight schedule, dietary restrictions, allergies, medical condition, special Requirements, emergency contact information, travel and health insurance information, hotel contact prior cruise, land tour operator in Ecuador (if applies).
